A thorough subjective interview allows us to tease out important and relevant information, obtain your goals and with your help formulate a management plan that fits into your lifestyle. Movement assessment and functional testing will help identify contributing factors and confirm diagnosis. Treatment may involve a combination of modalities including but not limited to manual therapy, education and exercise prescription. All medical records are confidential and informed consent is gained before any assessment and treatment starts.

Below are just some of the issues we can help with:

Osteoarthritis

Cardiopulmonary

Back and neck pain

Sporting injuries

Prehab

Rehab

Pelvic floor and continence

All of our practitioners are registered with AHPRA and the Australian Physiotherapy Association.

Physio Health and Performance Physiotherapists are primary contact practitioners. This means a referral from your GP is not required to come and see us.

All of our physiotherapy sessions may be claimable on your private health insurance depending on your level of cover. Please contact your insurer for more details. EPC, DVA Work Safe and TAC patients are all welcome.
